About BPCA/NYS
Organization History
The Building Performance Contractors Association (BPCA) has developed over the past year as an outgrowth of the Niagara Mohawk Home Performance Service. For the past three years, the Home Performance Service has offered Niagara Mohawk customers access to qualified building performance contractors. During the past six months, contractors outside Niagara Mohawk's service territory have begun participating in the program. BPCA was formed in response to the growth of the Home Performance Service and to provide building performance contractors with support and representation in the political and regulatory process.
